Salary: $50,066.61 – $66,144.77 (Base + Referendum + ESOL/Reading/Master's supplements)

BridgePrep Academy Doral is seeking a dedicated High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by technology and Spanish language integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, secondary ELA lessons focused on literature analysis, writing, rhetoric, and state standards mastery.

• Culture & Support: Maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.

• Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field.

• Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in English (Grades 6–12).

• Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.

• Preferred: ESOL/Reading Endorsements; Master’s degree; prior secondary teaching experience.
