ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury boutique resort in the Caribbean. This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for supporting the management of all F&B operations, including restaurant and bar service, in-room dining, events, and departmental administration. The ideal candidate is a structured, people-focused leader with a proven track record in luxury hotels, resorts, and villa environments, and a genuine passion for building high-performing teams.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for supporting the management of all F&B operations, including restaurant and bar service, in-room dining, events, and departmental administration. The ideal candidate is a structured, people-focused leader with a proven track record in luxury hotels, resorts, and villa environments, and a genuine passion for building high-performing teams.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional available to commence employment immediately. Due to visa and work permit considerations, candidates currently based in or eligible to work from the United States, the Caribbean, or Europe are strongly preferred, and Single-status relocation only.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the management of all Food and Beverage operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and consistency
- Lead, coach, and develop the F&B; team, strengthening supervisors and building a culture of accountability and high performance
- Ensure smooth daily operations across restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events
- Oversee service standards, inventory management, cost control, ordering, and food safety compliance
- Plan ahead, anticipate operational challenges, and drive a disciplined, structured approach to daily F&B; management
- Model professionalism, composure, and exceptional service standards at all times
- Support sustainable F&B practices and responsible cost management across the department
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in an F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa environment
- Strong people management skills with a track record of developing team members and strengthening supervisors
- A structured, organized, and forward-thinking approach to operations
- Solid knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, beverage operations, menu execution, and food safety
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold a team accountable while remaining approachable and hands-on
- Knowledge of sustainable F&B; practices is a strong advantage
- Caribbean experience is preferred
