Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with a strong focus on tequila, mezcal, margaritas, and Mexican-inspired cocktails
Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Engage guests with menu knowledge, cocktail recommendations, and brand storytelling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, tools, and workstations
Accurately ring in orders using the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with Florida alcohol laws and hotel policies
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and hotel teams to ensure seamless service
Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and inventory counts
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Support special events, high-volume service periods, and hotel-driven activations
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and Mexican spirits (tequila & mezcal preferred)
Experience working in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive during high-energy service periods
Must be at least 21 years of age
Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications (or ability to obtain)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Manual dexterity to handle bar tools, glassware, and beverage preparation
Comfortable working indoors and in oceanfront environments
