Elia on the River is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Line Cooks for our upscale casual Mediterranean Italian fusion restaurant. Seeking individuals with 1-3 years Line Cook experience, who are dedicated, driven, and reliable. Full-time & part-time positions open for long term people.

-1-year minimum Line experience

-2-years minimum Grill and Line Cook

-Responsible, dependable, long term

-Be able to work a variety of shifts and hours

-Able to be crossed trained and prep for own station

-Comply with state regulations for food safety

-Able to work as a team player

-Knowledge of multiple cooking methods and ingredients

-Follow all standardized recipes
