Data Analyst I: $26.82-$35.74
Data Analyst II: $28.69-$38.25
Data Analyst III: $32.13-45.90
Senior Data Analyst: $36.00-$51.42

The Data Analyst will serve as a key analytical partner between Information Technology and Customer Service, with a primary focus on data and processes within Toho’s Customer Information System (CIS). This position will use reporting and data analysis to identify errors, uncover trends, evaluate business processes, and highlight opportunities to improve efficiency and system utilization.

This role goes beyond simply running reports. The Data Analyst will dig into the data to understand what is happening, identify why issues are occurring, and work collaboratively with Customer Service and Information Technology teams to develop practical solutions. From identifying recurring data or processing errors to evaluating workflows and finding opportunities for automation or process improvement, this position will help turn CIS data into actionable information that strengthens day-to-day operations.

Essential Functions

1. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple organizational systems and sources to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, scorecards, and other analytical tools that provide leaders and departments with timely and meaningful performance information.
3. Partners with departments to understand business processes, operational challenges, reporting needs, and key performance indicators and translates those needs into effective data solutions.
4. Analyzes operational and organizational performance data to identify emerging trends, performance gaps, risks, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Translates complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable information for technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Supports the development, monitoring, and reporting of organizational key performance indicators, strategic plan measures, departmental metrics, and other performance measures.
7. Integrates and evaluates information from multiple systems and datasets to provide a more comprehensive view of organizational performance.
8. Develops recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational decisions, executive leadership, strategic initiatives, Board reporting, and other organizational needs.
9. Identifies opportunities to improve or automate existing reporting processes, reduce manual data collection, and increase access to reliable information.
10. Evaluates data quality and works with appropriate departments and system owners to identify and resolve inconsistencies, gaps, duplication, and other data integrity concerns.
11. Assists with establishing and maintaining organizational standards for data definitions, reporting methodologies, documentation, and data governance.
12. Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases, organizational initiatives, resource planning, process improvements, and operational decision-making.
13. Develops visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
14. Collaborates with Business Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and other functional areas to improve the organization's ability to use data across departmental boundaries.
15. Supports departments in identifying meaningful performance measures and developing methods to effectively collect, analyze, and monitor those measures.
16. Conducts benchmarking and comparative analysis using internal historical information and appropriate external data sources.
17. Documents analytical methodologies, data sources, calculations, assumptions, business rules, and reporting processes to promote consistency and continuity.
18. Provides guidance and support to employees and leaders in interpreting dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical findings.
19. Maintains current knowledge of data analytics, visualization, business intelligence, and reporting technologies and recommends tools or practices that may improve organizational capabilities.
20. Participates in cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives requiring data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, or business intelligence support.
21. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain that required qualification would be:

1. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED issued from an approved GED Administrator
2. Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience involving data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, performance measurement, or a closely related analytical function.
3. Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License.
4. SQL Queries: Proven, hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and integration

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience using SQL to query, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
2. Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
3. Experience analyzing and integrating data from multiple enterprise systems or databases.
4. Experience developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), organizational scorecards, and performance measures.
5. Experience identifying trends, operational efficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
6. Experience with data quality, data governance, data validation, or development of standardized data definitions and reporting practices.
7. Experience automating recurring reports or improving manual data collection and reporting processes.
8. Experience conducting statistical, trend, predictive, or comparative analysis.
9. Architects, builds, and maintains tabular data models and interactive analytics dashboards within Power BI or other enterprise BI tools
10. Business Intelligence: Direct experience designing, building, and maintaining interactive, high-impact dashboards and business intelligence reports
