Job Description
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our academic and corporate events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels in coordination tasks, and brings a proactive attitude to ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, workshops, and conferences.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, materials, and onsite support.
Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Prepare event materials, registration lists, documentation, and follow-up reports.
Support onsite operations, including guest assistance, setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
Contribute creative input to enhance attendee engagement and event quality.
Qualifications
