What You'll Learn

As an HR Intern, you'll gain exposure to:

• Talent acquisition and recruiting
• Employee onboarding and orientation
• Employee engagement initiatives
• HR communications and policy development
• HRIS systems and data management
• Organizational culture and employee relations
• Employment law and HR best practices

What You'll Do

• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives
• Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.
• Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials
• Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices
• Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
