Tampa Microwave primarily serves Federal and Department of Defense markets.

We are seeking to fill an Inventory Clerk position located in our Clearwater, FL location. This position reports to the Inventory Control Manager.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts to support accurate inventory levels.
Pull and kit components and parts for internal and external customers using FIFO methodology and proper lot/serial number control. Issue materials through the MRP/ERP system.
Complete work orders by verifying material quantities, identifying variances, and processing transactions in the MRP/ERP system. Move completed parts to stock or issue to higher-level work orders as required.
Prepare, kit, and process Finished Goods using FIFO methodology; record lot and serial numbers; and store or issue materials to subsequent system builds.
Put away incoming materials, maintain accurate part locations, and generate appropriate ID labels per drawings and specifications.
Prepare, package, and palletize shipments; process shipping transactions in the ERP system; and ship orders via small parcel or freight carriers. Generate commercial invoices for international shipments as needed.
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient stockroom environment by updating bin labels, supporting location audits, and recommending improvements for material flow and storage utilization.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inventory-related documentation; promptly record material movements and support root‑cause analysis of discrepancies.
Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including ESD handling requirements, and participate in audits and required training sessions.
Demonstrate ethical business conduct and professional behavior while representing Tampa Microwave on and off the premises.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship Required
Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance upon hire if required
3-5 Years Inventory Experience
3-5 Years of ERP/MRP experience
Computer experience, Excel
Strong math and communication skills
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
Ability to lift and move totes, shipping cases up to 50 lbs.
Regular bending lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above shoulder level
Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality and accuracy
Ability to work overtime as needed
Fluent in the English language- written and oral
Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
