As a lead customer strategist in the Commercial Lines Agent and Customer Experience organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and driving digital-first experiences that support a transformative five-year, $100M+ roadmap. This roadmap is dedicated to revolutionizing agent and customer digital interactions while delivering exceptional, seamless experiences. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in insurance products, financial systems, and self-service offerings to lead impactful research, analysis, and business case development for innovative solutions. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization and serve as the go-to expert for solutions within your scope, empowering the team to deliver meaningful change. This is a remote position with occasional travel (minimum 1-2 times per year) to an office for meetings and/or training.
 
 Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of ten years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
Preferred skills 
  • Experience supporting Self-Service capabilities via Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR)
  • Strong business process acumen with insurance billing and payment customer & agent experience
  • Recent experience with either Agile team or project team environments, working closely with highly technical development teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Proactive with high learning agility
  • Experience with Duck Creek
 
Compensation 
  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
