The Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging and impactful training programs that foster employee growth, engagement, and professional development across the organization.
This position plays a key role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence by partnering with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, develop curriculum, and implement effective instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Success in this role requires the ability to follow direction, adapt to feedback, and continuously refine training programs based on stakeholder input and organizational needs.
