Legal Firm Intake Specialist - Part Time

Position Overview 

We are looking to fill an opening for a Client Intake specialist, dedicated to incoming and new clients, who is (preferably) fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a phone-heavy position and requires telemarketing / phone sales experience. 

What You Will Do:

• Handle a high volume of calls to and from clients.
• Lead conversations with clients to obtain preliminary case information and provide general overview of the Firm's services.
• Promptly assist and facilitate client’s completion of initial case documentation.
• Connect clients directly with attorneys and support attorneys during initial case review.
• Close the initial client engagement process quickly and effectively, so the client's case can move forward to the next stage.
• Perform tasks including document drafting, calendaring, scheduling, research, and file management with efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate is confident, friendly and persuasive over the phone
• Has a background in phone sales.
• Attention to detail and service-oriented disposition are highly valued in this role.
• Has great communication skills, a passion for teamwork, client service, and the pursuit of justice.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, File Vine
• Must be able to pass a background check

Hours:

• Part Time:  25-28 hours/week
• Monday through Thursday: 4.5-5 hours/day
• Friday:  8 hours
