In this position, you will advise and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Supervise, direct and train a team of highly motivated Technicians.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer with special projects. 
  • Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property. 
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment
  • Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems. 
  • Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
  • Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response 
  • May be required to do other duties and special projects assigned by the Chief Engineer. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
  • EPA, OSHA, and CPO Certifications preferred. 
  • Valid Driver's License. 
  • Proficient with technology for reporting and work requests.
