Salary: $17 to $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time 

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable individual to fulfill the dual role of driver and warehouse associate. The ideal candidate will drive between our office and warehouse to the post office and facilities to collect and deliver documents. Additionally, they will assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, storing, and organizing document boxes. 
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles (NV Van or Chevy Box truck) between office, warehouse, and post offices
• Pick up large amounts of mail from PO Boxes throughout Tampa
• Transport documents between our office (10004 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa FL 33618) and warehouse (6038 Jet Port Industrial Blvd, Tampa 33634)
• Load and unload boxes at Imagenet office daily
• Drive to additional locations as instructed for document pickup/delivery
• Load and unload document boxes between locations
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues

Warehouse Duties:

• Sort and organize incoming mail and documents
• Box up processed documents and place on shelving in warehouse
• Unload already processed documents stored in banker boxes and organize on shelves
• Remove boxes required for shred
• Dump documents into shred bins
• Prepare documentation for onsite shredding
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks
• Use ladders to stack boxes on high shelving

Qualifications Required:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Driving experience
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Warehouse organization skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with pallet jacks
• Prior warehouse experience
• Pick up and delivery experience
• Knowledge of Tampa area roads
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods
• Regularly lift and carry totes and boxes up to 60 pounds
• Load, unload, sort, box, and stack items
• Use ladders to place boxes on high shelving
• Operate vehicles and warehouse equipment safely
• Work in various weather conditions when making deliveries

Work Schedule

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm
