Position Overview - Warehouse and Driver Non CDL
As a Warehouse and Driver Technician your time is split as a Non CDL driver and warehouse associate. As a warehouse technician responsibilities include shipping/receiving orders, quality control, inventory control and other warehouse related logistics. As a Non CDL driver, responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of goods to customer sites as needed or as a part of a pre-defined route, reviewing orders prior to delivery to verify accuracy, and loading and unloading goods. Driving, delivering, and pick-up using Encore owned, leased, or rented trucks with a gross vehicle weight of less than 26,001 lbs. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a medium-duty DOT certification as required by state law (non-CDL). The Warehouse and Driver Technician will report to the Supervisor, Warehouse Operations or the Manager, Warehouse Operations.

Work Environment
Warehouse and Driver Environment
Work is performed at event venues as well as in a warehouse environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in both warehouse and driving environments and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area. When in the Warehouse, work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand, and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. When performing driving duties, team members will be exposed to various weather conditions and road environments. They are expected to conduct deliveries and transportation tasks safely and efficiently. Drivers must follow all traffic laws and regulations and ensure vehicles are maintained in good working conditions. This role may require long periods of sitting while driving, as well as loading and unloading materials, which involves physical activity. Safety is paramount, and all driving tasks should be performed with attention to safety protocols.
