The person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Greets everyone that enters the building and provides direction and guidance as necessary.

Assists residents as necessary upon their arrival in the building.

Log vendors in and out.

Act as liaison between residents and management.

Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate and detailed messages.

Field resident questions, concerns and complaints.

Provide additional support to the Management team as needed.

Ability to learn about the local area and community to help residents better and guests.
Saturdays & Sundays multiple shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Pay Rate: $17
