Position Summary
The Assistant Property Counselor (APC) position is an entry-level sales development role designed to prepare employees for a career as a Property Counselor, selling our BTR product. The APC serves as the first step in the Sales Department career path and focuses on developing the foundational skills necessary for success in investment real estate sales.
During this position, employees will learn company systems, sales processes, product knowledge, client communication techniques, and appointment-setting skills. The primary objective of the APC role is to generate qualified appointments and develop the knowledge, professionalism, and sales aptitude necessary to advance into the Junior Property Counselor (JPC) position and ultimately become a Property Counselor (PC).
Working Hours:
9:00 AM β 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
License:
A real estate license is not required for the Assistant Property Counselor position. However, employees are encouraged to begin the licensing process as part of their development toward a sales career path. Licensing requirements for future promotions will be communicated by management.
