DescriptionThe Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency AT 007 Kitchen and Bar and within the Food & Beverage department. This position is responsible for dishwashing and sanitation while also providing general support across kitchen and service operations as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, kitchen spaces, storage areas, and waste disposal zones.
- Ensure proper use and care of dishwashing equipment, chemicals, and cleaning supplies.
- Sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas.
- Assist with removal of trash, recycling, and food waste to maintain a clean work environment.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks, stocking, and ingredient handling as directed.
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests finish dining.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas.
- Help maintain overall kitchen and service area cleanliness, including floors, walls, and equipment.
- Restock supplies such as utensils, plates, napkins, and cleaning materials.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
General Support Expectations
- Provide assistance across all Food & Beverage operations as needed, including kitchen, service, catering, concessions, or events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs and operational efficiency.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work in various roles within the department when required.
QualificationsQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full weekend availability, required
