Position Overview: The Front Desk supports the property by managing all visitors’ operations and reception responsibilities, cordially and professionally answering, and routing calls, assisting with various administrative functions, and working on special projects as needed.

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for delivering professional customer service, hospitality, and access control while ensuring the safe, orderly, and compliant operation of building amenities. This role supports residents and guests by managing front desk operations, monitoring pools, gyms, and common areas, enforcing Association rules, and maintaining cleanliness and supplies. The attendant handles guest check-in, amenity openings and closures, towel service, daily logs, incident reporting, and escalates concerns to the Front Desk Supervisor or Management as needed. The position requires a strong focus on professionalism, safety awareness, rule enforcement, and courteous resident interaction at all times.
