What You'll Do


As our Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Candidate must be flexible and available to different shifts Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 7:30 am to 8 pm. Job duties include (but not limited to):

  • Managing front desk.
  • Answering multi-line phones.
  • Greeting patients upon arrival, checking them in and obtaining insurance information and demographic information.
  • Providing patients with intake and new patient forms; scanning documents.
  • Scheduling appointments for new and recurring patients.
  • Calling patients to confirm appointments.
  • Insurance verification.
  • Authorization requests.
  • Eligibility/Benefit checks.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Spanish speaking preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professionalism: A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
